Our team of Senior Valuers are all Certified Practicing Valuers and Members of the Australian Property Institute, with at least 10 years valuation experience with unrestricted licenses in each state of Australia.

What sets up apart? Our valuers take the time to analyse generally a minimum of 5 recent comparable sales to get a thorough understanding of the value range for a particular property type. This would involve a kerbside inspection of sales plus an analysis of web based internal photos and discussions with selling and leasing agents. Our valuers do not undertake high volume bank valuations of 6 plus valuations per day therefore, you can be confident the valuer has completed a well researched and thorough assessment based on valuation principals and sales evidence.
